Adam Ivers

Chief Executive Officer

Adam Ivers is a diverse media executive who has held a number of senior roles for major Canadian and US corporations over the last 25 years. Before joining Rumble Gaming, Iverswas the President & CEO of Highway Entertainment, the global content division of Omnicom Media Group.  Ivers started at Omnicom in 2007 and prior to that was Vice President of Programming for Global Television. A savvy deal-maker, content packager and executive producer, Ivers has a passion for creating high-concept deals and orchestrating the financing for them. Ivers has also held senior positions at IMG (International Management Group) as a talent agent and as a programming executive at TSN (the Sports Network).

Mike Cotton

Chief Investment Officer

Mike is a sports and gaming executive and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Rumble Gaming. He is also Co-Managing Director of Wondr Gaming, an esports acquisition fund, and former Managing Director of Ryerson Futures, a venture capital accelerator that focuses on investment in the sports and media industries. Mike also invests in and consults for multiple companies in the gambling and esports industries.

Evan Kubes


Evan is the President of Rumble Gaming and co-founder of MKM Group, recognized as Canada’s first and one of the world’s most influential law firms dedicated to esports and content creators. Evan is considered a thought leader in the industry, often featured in publications like Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance and Global News. He has also been recognized as a top influencer manager and esports agent by Business Insider.

Josh Marcus

Chief Operating Officer

Josh is the Chief Operating Officer of Rumble Gaming. He regularly represents organizations and individuals across the gaming industry on topics related to business strategy and implementation, sponsorship and partnership arrangements, monetization strategies, and determining paths to profitability.

Zack Pearlstein

VP of Talent & Legal Affairs

Zack is the VP of Talent & Legal Affairs at Rumble Gaming. Zack ensures Rumble’s talent is provided with fair representation and compensation for their services.Zack’s expertise also offers a valuable perspective on legal and business-related issues, particularly with talent agreements and sponsorship campaigns.

Adriano Salamone

Director of Partnerships

Adriano connects brands with reputable teams, influencers, creators and publishers within the video game, esports and general nerd culture scenes, creating an engaging environment for fans to drive acquisition. He has worked in the video game and esports industry for 4 years, creating and managing campaigns with top brands, including Bell, Popeyes, The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), AMD and Ubisoft.

Nancy Rollins brings over 15 years of administrative experience to the table at Rumble Gaming with scheduling, correspondence and organization.

Ravish is a public relations professional with a demonstrated history in public speaking, broadcasting and creating compelling content. He’s worked with many trailblazers in different industries helping them to build their brand

Andrea Dorego

Director, PR & Communications

Andréa brings more than 15 years of communications experience and a lifelong passion for sports to the Rumble Gaming team. Her career has spanned multiple industries in both the public and private sectors – including a leading North American bank and a Big 4 consulting firm – and has always centred around developing clear and concise messaging to ensure that stakeholders receive the information they need in a timely manner. Andréa also has experience consulting for esports gaming companies on promotions and customer acquisition strategies.

Shanshan Wang

Marketing Development Manager

Shana is an account manager with Rumble Gaming. She has carved out a specialization in producing live and hybrid events and activations over the past three years through by focusing on the attendee experience. Her genuine approach has brought her success in the gaming space as well, allowing her to pioneer innovative and modern solutions that align with what consumers want. By working closely with distinct customer segments, Shana is able to identify key trends and advise on brand strategy. She is often found conceptualizing custom campaigns, from market research to execution, for both corporate leaders and non-profit organizations.

Stephen Wu

Manager, Media Analytics

Stephen brings a strong business background and intimate knowledgeof the esports and gaming industries. As an avid fan for almost 10 years, he has worked with several companies across different parts of the esports ecosystem. He now uses that expertise to help brands identify opportunities in the industry.



Leonard Asper is the President, CEO and majority shareholder of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, a sports media company that owns and operates content platforms. Len is also the Chairman of the Asper Foundation, member of the Board of Brandeis University international school of business, and a serial entrepreneur with broad interest I the gaming ecosystem.



A native of Germany, Chris is an award-winning serial entrepreneur (Forbes 30 Under 30, among others) and active early stage start-up advisor in esports and gaming. He is the founder of Infinite Esports & Entertainment (OpTic Gaming/Houston Outlaws), which was acquired by Immortals Gaming Club (IGC) for a reported $100M.



Sam is a sports professional currently a part of the NBA’s Global Content & Media Distribution team, where he works in Content Production and Ticket Administration. Prior to that, he was a part of the Basketball Operations group and assisted in the creation of materials pertaining to collective bargaining, free agency, and player discipline. Sam has also worked for NBC Sports’ promotions department and the broadcasting team at Major League Soccer.



A cum laude graduate of Harvard University (B.A. ’98), Fleiszer was a Partner with Gil Scott Sports Management for the last decade. He has also worked as a consultant for Xenith, Gravitas Financial, All-American Games, SportsLab NYC and STACK Media. Tim is the first player in Canadian Football League history to win four Grey Cup championships with four different teams. Selected 1st overall in the 1998 CFL Draft

Rachel David


Rachel David is a thought leader in the influencer marketing and live streaming space. Working with the biggest online talent in the world she has been able to bring some of the most innovative brand campaigns to life. Rachel has over 10 years of corporate experience working in the media industry. Today she is a frequent speaker at digital marketing conferences which includes her recent Ted Talk surrounding the topic of influencers. Rachel is also the director of the Buffer Festival board, one of the world’s largest Youtube film festivals.

Darnell Jones


Darnell Jones is a former professional athlete, serial entrepreneur and the current Founder & President of Co Strategic Capital, POWERHANDZ Inc and the POWER to Give Foundation. Darnell is a former E&Y entrepreneur of the year candidate and has been a part of four exits totaling in excess of $150M. Considered the “The Connector” amongst his network, Darnell’s true passion is mentoring, athletes, startup executives and at-risk youth around navigating the complex world of entrepreneurship.

Brandon Jackson


Brandon Jackson is a Corporate and Intellectual Property attorney at Los Angeles-based law firm Greenberg Glusker, where he launched the firm’s Video Games, Streaming & Esports practice group.Brandonalso created and launchedthe iOS app HOWLYR, having drawn upon his prior experience in the media and tech industries. He worked in film production and distribution as well as at GoPro and the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).Brandongraduated summa cum laude from UCLA and received his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.

Ari Nissim


Ari is an accomplished sports operator with over 15 years’ experience. He is currently an NFLPA certified contract advisor and has represented three top 10 draft selections. During his career, he has negotiated some of the most interesting and record setting contracts in NFL history. Including, Todd Gurley’s record setting four-year $60 Million deal. Before becoming an agent, Ari was the director football administration for the New York Jets. In his spare time, Ari teaches courses in negotiation, sports contracts and professional sports franchises at NYU, Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management.
